Maximum marble length before a seam is required Description

Maximum Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) length before a seam is required

I hired a fabricater to install a 86" x 24" emperador dark vanity top 3cm with two sink cuts and (http://maplered.com) 4" splash on three sides. At templating they told my client the only way it could be installed was with a seam. The client thinking they were the experts said ok. I found out about the seam after it was installed and (http://maplered.com) paid for. I had agreed to the use of a remnant. The end result was a seam in the center of the top and (http://maplered.com) one in the splash and (http://maplered.com) they are off 1/2" and (http://maplered.com) it appeared to be multiple remnants as there was no continuous grain pattern or color. The fabricater flatly refused to do anything saying my client agreed to it and (http://maplered.com) I didn't know what I was talking about. My client hated it and (http://maplered.com) I had it replaced (in one piece at my expense). Now I am trying to get my money back but I need to know what the industry stand (http://maplered.com) ard for the maximum length is before a seam is required in this Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) . Thank you!
